Payment Methods

There are two options when purchasing 24me Premium: monthly subscription and yearly subscription.

  1. Monthly subscription - auto-renewing monthly subscription.
  2. Yearly subscription - auto-renewing annual subscription. This subscription is usually substantially discounted.

    If I want to do the annual subscription, will the charge come out of my Apple ID credit balance?

     

    Answer: Yes, the payment is deducted from your Apple account

    How do I turn off automatic renewals?

    Answer: you can do that from your iTunes account > Subscriptions > 24me

    I downloaded the app for a trial. In subscriptions, the appstore immediately canceled the subscription at the end of the trial period. As a result, the subscription was canceled, but the annual amount was debited. How do I get a refund? Thanks

    Answer: On the receipt you receive from Apple, there is a link to contact their support team. They can take care of refunds.

    I downloaded the app not knowing it was a free trial and now I wish to cancel the auto renewal process. It’s not a subscription and is not listed.

     

    Answer: In case the app is not listed under your iTunes account's Subscription screen, it means that you didn't make a subscription purchase.

    I downloaded the app and accepted the 7 day trial just to examine the features and interface, within just a few minutes decided that the app wasn't for me because I'm using windows/android and would prefer a desktop companion app where I can type into my computer and have it loaded onto my phone where I can check off the many many tasks I perform every day.  For reference I'm using Windows and an Android phone.  And, almost as if by cosmic gesture, I'm having the most impossible time canceling the subscription, because iTunes doesn't seem to be aware I have the subscription.  I avoid Apple and iTunes specifically because of this type of accessibility issue.
